A little history...

Founded in 1994 by Jean-Pierre Gauvin, Gauvin Realty is the fruit of an unwavering passion for the sales business and an ambitious vision of providing exceptional customer service. Gifted with unparalleled interpersonal skills, initiative and determination, Jean-Pierre quickly rose through the ranks to become one of the region’s top brokers right from his beginnings in 1989.

Guided by principles of performance and integrity, Jean-Pierre has gathered a team of dedicated professionals who share his vision. Over the years, Gauvin Realty has built a reputation for record-breaking excellence and setting high industry standards.

In 2009, Stéphanie Gauvin, Jean-Pierre’s daughter, decided to join the agency as an assistant, following in her father’s footsteps. Armed with a similar passion for real estate and imbued with the values passed on by her mentor, Stéphanie embarked on a successful career. After gaining valuable experience and earning several college diplomas, Stéphanie took over the reins of the company in 2017.

Under her leadership, Gauvin Realty has undergone a renewal, combining tradition and innovation to meet the evolving needs of the market while preserving a commitment to excellence and customer service.

Although Jean-Pierre retires in 2023, his influence remains deeply rooted in the agency’s DNA. As a mentor and advisor, he continues to inspire and guide the next generation of real estate brokers, ensuring that the company’s core values live on.

Today, a new chapter begins for Gauvin Realty — our partnership with Via Capitale Diamant. As new franchise owners within this well-established network, we are strengthening our presence in the region while staying true to what has always set us apart: our name, our team, and our unique approach.
